The well-planned spot is only 20 minutes away from town, 7 minutes away to exit from Jelapang and only takes as long as 5 minutes to reach mini market as well as food courts. The contentment of catching the beautiful and calming sight of Tingkat Valley will never disappoint anybody, an experience that is too good to be true.

Cancellation within 14 Days

No refund will be provided.
Cancellation 14 Days Before Reservation

Customers will receive a full refund.However, please note that we will deduct a RM 10 for service charge from the refund amount.
Postponement

Customers who wish to postpone their reservation must inform the establishment at least 14 days before the reservation date. However, they will incur an additional charge of RM400.

Guests’ belongings

  • The management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the guest's belongings and property whether it is placed in the room or the locker.

Accidents

  • Any cause of accidents is at your own risk. We will not take any responsible of any kind of accidents.


Discount

  • We do not offer discounted room rates for participation or employment in organizations such as AAA, AARP, government employees, etc.
