Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodations type. Check what conditions might apply to each option when making your selection.

Cancellation within 5 Days

No refund will be provided.

Cancellation 5 Days Before Reservation

Customers will receive a 50% refund. However, please note that we will deduct a RM 10 for service charge from the refund amount.

Cancellation 14 Days Before Reservation

Customers will receive a full refund.However, please note that we will deduct a RM 10 for service charge from the refund amount.

Postponement

Customers who wish to postpone their reservation must inform the establishment at least 14 days before the reservation date. However, they will incur an additional charge of RM400.

Guests’ belongings

  • The management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the guest's belongings and property whether it is placed in the room or the locker.


Pets

  • Pets are not allowed in our place.


Damage to property

  • The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.


Accidents

  • Any cause of accidents is at your own risk. We will not take any responsible of any kind of accidents.


Discount

  • We do not offer discounted room rates for participation or employment in organizations such as AAA, AARP, government employees, etc.
