The contentment of catching the beautiful and calming sight of Tingkat Valley will never disappoint anybody, an experience that is too good to be true.

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodations type. Check what conditions might apply to each option when making your selection.

Cancellation policies

  • Customers will not be refunded if they make any cancellation of the reservation within 5 days before.
  • Customers will receive only 50% of the refund if the cancellation is made 5 days before the reservation.
  • Customers will receive a full refund if the cancellation is made 14 days before the reservation.
  • However, any customer who would like to postpone the date of reservation will need to inform 14 days before with additional charge of RM400

Guests’ belongings

  • The management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the guest's belongings and property whether it is placed in the room or the locker.


Pets

  • Pets are not allowed in our place.


Damage to property

  • The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.


Accidents

  • Any cause of accidents is at your own risk. We will not take any responsible of any kind of accidents.


Discount

  • We do not offer discounted room rates for participation or employment in organizations such as AAA, AARP, government employees, etc.
